Stuart Tan – The business genius you NEED to know about

July 10th, 2008 by Jason

I went to JV Alert Live in Philly last month, and met a guy named Stuart Tan. Mild mannered business man by day, mad genius erupting with awesome ideas by night (er, well, strike that, he’s always exploding with awesome ideas)

And all in all, someone you need to know – and learn from.

The man runs a multi-million dollar business in Singapore, and isn’t about to stop anytime soon.

New Happenings

February 11th, 2008 by Jason

Things are getting done on my Affiliate Network, so you should start hearing about it soon. Very soon. I’m also working on a WordPress plugin/design site – that’s a new happening since my last post.

I kind of stumbled upon the idea for it while I was working on a blog for my Brother-in-Law, and realized that I had a ton of content that was perfect for it already. All packed up really nice, and ready for some place to be listed. How perfect! I love it when things come around like that. It’s like my very own custom site in a box :)

I’ll keep you updated as I launch new things. The affiliate network will blow your minds (it blows me away at least once a week, and I own it!) and the WordPress site will be a great resource to the blogging community.

Where Have I Been For So Long?

January 21st, 2008 by Jason

I came to my blog today just as an aside, to see what the Page Rank was. And then I looked at the date on the most recent post, and found that it was OVER 6 MONTHS OLD! Holy crap! I didn’t mean for that to happen.

What happened to me?

Well, I’ve been uber busy. Between writing Facebook applications (that I have since sold for a great profit) and writing an upgrade of my SaleFlurry.com site, I’ve been pretty much incognito.

I’ve only been to one seminar since my last post, and the only reason I went to that was to video tape a product I have coming out soon. That will change as soon as the new Affiliate Network is launched, don’t you worry.

So what’s coming up for me in 2008?

Well, here’s the docket right now:

  1. New Affiliate Network – this one will be huge, both in terms of features, as well as members. We’re expecting to launch this in the next few months!
  2. Ebook for Newbies – I’m in the process of finishing up an ebook about how to make money online starting with $0 that should launch shortly after the affiliate network does
  3. A new blog site (for WordPress themes, plugins, and news)
  4. Misc non-IM sites – Sorry everyone, these are secrets.
  5. A Whole New System for Online Profits – This one will be a masterpiece, and will probably be my last product for a long time, while I build the membership base and grow the company – to the benefit of everyone involved.

So, you’ve been wondering what I’ve been doing? I’ve been laying the groundwork for 2008 and beyond. Welcome to the future.

How to get the most out of seminars, Volume 1

May 18th, 2007 by Jason

First, show up a day early and leave a day late – you want to be there the whole time, especially at JVAlert, where there are generally things to do on Thursday night and Monday morning.

Second, whether you have an Internet Marketing product or not, do NOT talk about it until someone asks. You don’t want to be that guy (or girl) who tries to cram their product down everyone’s throat. If someone asks, then feel free to talk about it. If not, then don’t…

Third, building on #2 – Internet Marketing is about Relationships. And seminars are key for building those relationships. Answer this: would you want to work with a) someone you’ve met and can relate to, or b) yet another no name person who emails you out of the blue to try to get your to promote their product?

For me, I choose A. So I try to treat others that way, too. I go to seminars to meet people, get to know them, and build friendships. Honestly, I try not to talk about work (which is impossible, because IMers pretty much always talk about work, lol) and instead concentrate on just hanging out.

Internet Marketing isn’t like other jobs, where you have an entire office of people that you work with, and you can wander from cube to cube making friends on your bosses dime. Internet Marketing is a lonely business, until you’re able (and choose to) to hire employees, or share an office with another IMer. So the social setting at seminars is important to our mental health, it just so happens that some of us enjoy drowning our mental health in alcohol ;)

But, most of all, be yourself. Let people get to know you for you, and build lasting relationships. Don’t force anything on anyone, and it will pay off.

As for the speakers, bring a few legal pads, and try to milk everything you can out of their presentations. If you like the product they may or may not be pitching, and you can afford it, then go ahead and buy it – but if you don’t have the money, then force yourself not to buy anything. Don’t spend your next month’s bill money on anything in IM, that’s just pointless. :)

Want to attend a seminar? I’ll be at JVAlert Live in Philidalphea from June 8-10 – join me! jvAlertLive.com

StomperNet Re-Opening!

May 3rd, 2007 by Jason

Yep, that’s right – the site that took the world by storm is re-opening today at noon EST!

But, the REAL question that’s on everyone’s mind is “Did StomperNet work for the people who signed up in October?”

Well, I’ve talked to some of the members, as well as the owners, Brad Fallon and Andy Jenkins, and I have to give that question a resounding “YES!”

They’ve actually done some case studies for you to check out – with proof that Stomper works :)

Check Out The StomperNet Results

But think about it this way – Why would a great majority of the people in StomperNet be paying the monthly fee if it wasn’t working? That’s a much better question… StomperNet isn’t the typical “$27/month” site… it’s MUCH more valuable than that, and their current subscribers know it.

Now, the question that remains is will YOU take advantage of this great opportunity?? It’s only re-opening for a short time, so don’t miss your chance to get in ASAP!
