Yeah, fiasco… I’m not even exaggerating
They apparently didn’t expect to get so many people visiting, since this launch was done differently than most other big Internet Marketing launches.
According to Andy Jenkins, there were “too many concurrent connections” and the automatic communication with the fulfillment company who ships the DVDs couldn’t handle it - they’re working on a way to fix it right now.

Congratulations on the baby, Jason!
I tried to submit a ticket to your help desk (with my receipt and shipping address) but I’m getting an error:
Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /cgi-bin/pdesk.cgi on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Sorry to leave this as a blog comment, but I wasn’t sure how else to contact you.

@BigAl - Yep, that’s all you need to do - I’ll be in contact this week, I have to wait until I hear from the StSE affiliate manager about who my first 10 were, so I know who gets what bonus
