I just got my credit card bill and I have been charged twice for the $9.83 S&H charges on the Stomper/Net Effect.... have checked further and it appears that when I was having so much trouble trying to get in (when they were having all of the startup problems)and I had the sign-up procedure freeze on me 3 or 4 times, apparently I had two orders that went through - one at 5:21 PM and one at 5:24 PM -- before calling to have one of them canceled and charges refunded I wondered if you have gotten the list of the first 10 yet, and if so who they were and what times they got info posted to your support page?
